Privacy Policy for MediMemo

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the MediMemo app developed by Georgios Andi Avenidis. For privacy questions, contact info@georgevalandis.com.

2. Data stored on your device

MediMemo stores the information you enter directly on your device. This can include medication names, dosage notes, dose schedules, pickup reminders, stock information, language preferences, and dose history such as taken, skipped, or missed entries.

3. Purpose of processing

This information is used only to provide medication reminders, pharmacy pickup reminders, adherence logging, and related in-app organization features.

4. Notifications

If you allow notifications, the operating system uses local notification scheduling on your device so MediMemo can alert you about upcoming doses or pharmacy pickups. Notification permissions can be changed anytime in system settings.

5. Purchases and third-party services

If you buy the optional premium unlock, the app store processes the transaction and RevenueCat may process technical purchase, entitlement, and restore information required to validate and unlock premium access. MediMemo is not designed to use this data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

6. Data transfer

MediMemo does not require an account and does not transmit your medication data to our servers. Medication schedules, histories, and notes remain local on your device unless platform-level backups are enabled by you.

7. Analytics and tracking

MediMemo does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps, websites, or services for advertising purposes.

8. Data retention and deletion

MediMemo keeps locally stored medication schedules, dose logs, pickup reminders, language preference, and app settings only for as long as you keep them in the app or keep MediMemo installed on your device.

You can delete individual medications, dose logs, pickup reminders, and local settings inside the app where those records are managed. You can delete all locally stored MediMemo data by deleting the app from your device. If your device backup includes app data, copies may remain in your iCloud, Google, or device backup until you delete those backups through your platform or device settings.

MediMemo does not run a developer account system for medication data, so there is no server-side medication profile to delete. If you contact support or use the optional premium unlock, the app store and entitlement provider may retain purchase or support records for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, and customer-support purposes. You can request deletion of support records or developer-held purchase entitlement data by emailing info@georgevalandis.com.
