Common questions before you install.
What are the Strict and Soft rules?
Strict: two workouts (one outside), a gallon of water, 10 pages, clean eating and a progress photo. Soft: one workout, 3 liters of water, 10 pages, eating well and a photo, plus one grace day every 25 days.
Is there a subscription?
No. The first 7 days are free. After that you pay once for all 75 days.
Does it need an account?
No. There is no account or login. Your challenge and photos stay on your iPhone.
Which data does it collect?
Only anonymous usage statistics and anonymous purchase information, as described in the privacy policy.
