Hey there 👋, It’s been a busy week since I hit that big green “GO” button on this business adventure. So I thought, I’d share some insights of these first couple of days.
First off, let’s talk Twitter/X – or as I like to call it, the caffeine of the internet world. 😅 Who knew 280 characters could be such a game-changer? I’ve been diving headfirst into the Twitterverse, figuring out how to craft the perfect tweet. It’s like trying to tell your life story in a fortune cookie – challenging, but satisfying at the same time.
Connecting with others has been the unexpected highlight . It’s like going to a party where everyone’s passionate about the same stuff you are. I’ve chatted with fellow solopreneurs and got the chance to share experiences and ideas.
Now, for the not-so-great news – remember that app I was so hyped about? Yeah, it’s been sitting in the corner due to the limited time. Turns out, juggling social media and actual coding is like trying to pat your head and rub your belly at the same time. Takes some time to build up the discipline.
The struggle is real, though. Balancing the “connect and engage” part with the “sit down and actually build something” part? I’m learning that time management in the startup world is less about fancy schedules and more about making peace with the fact that there’s always more to do than hours in the day.
But hey, it’s all part of the journey, right? I’m riding this learning curve. Every tweet, every connection, every moment I get to work on the app – it’s all building towards something great I hope.
To all my fellow startup warriors out there, remember: Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither was any killer app. We’re all figuring this out together, one tweet and one line of code at a time.
Here’s to the challenges, the late-night coding sessions, and the new friendships forged 🔥.
Keep hustling, keep dreaming, and for goodness’ sake, keep caffeinated! ☕
Catch you on the next one,
George
