Terms of Use for LifeChron

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LifeChron and related services provided by George Valandis Einzelunternehmen ("we," "us," or "our"). By using LifeChron, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

By accessing or using LifeChron, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Service Description

LifeChron visualizes estimated time and life-progress metrics based on information you provide. All displayed values are illustrative estimates and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

4. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review the Privacy Policy available in the app and on this website. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

5. Age Restrictions

The Service is intended for users aged 16 or older. If you are below the age required in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

6. Purchases and Premium Access

If LifeChron offers paid features or a lifetime unlock, payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Refunds, cancellations, and billing questions are subject to Apple’s policies and can typically be handled through https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Data Rights and Deletion

LifeChron stores its core profile data on your device. You can delete local app data by removing the app from your device. Purchase and billing records are handled by Apple and, where applicable, RevenueCat for entitlement validation.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control.

9. Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party services such as Apple App Store services and RevenueCat for purchases and entitlement management. Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or personal injury where such limitation is not legally permitted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict of law provisions. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
