Swush is a Mac app for dictation anywhere on your Mac, a short visual confirmation where your text lands, and a stack of results from AI agents such as Claude Code. Swush is provided by Georgios Andi Avenidis, Berliner Strasse 235, 65205 Wiesbaden, Germany.
License
You may install and use Swush on Macs you own or control, for personal or professional use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows this.
Your content and actions
You are responsible for what you dictate and where Swush inserts it. By default, Swush inserts your text into the active app and presses Return; with Shift it only inserts the text. Check sensitive messages before you dictate them into an app that sends immediately.
Other apps and services
Swush works alongside other apps, including Claude Code. Swush is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. The terms of those apps and services apply to your use of them.
Test version and purchases
Swush is currently provided as a free test version. If a paid version is offered later, the price and purchase terms will be shown before you buy.
Availability
Swush requires macOS 26 or later. Features may depend on macOS permissions, installed speech models, and the app version. We may update, improve, or remove features over time.
Liability
Swush is provided as is. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential obligations and limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory statutory rights, including consumer rights, remain unaffected.
Applicable law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live also apply.
